By hosting through Redman Creative, LLC you are agreeing to pay for the managed hosting of your website. This hosting plan also includes ongoing WordPress and plugin updates, daily backups of the website, and an SSL certificate. Redman Creative will not be held responsible for downtime (or loss due to downtime). Also, due to the nature of security, Redman Creative will not be held responsible for a security breach or guarantee that it won’t occur. Necessary precautions and best practices are being used to minimize this threat, but in the event that the website is compromised, recovery and/or troubleshooting will be done at the expense of the client. Depending on the demand that your site requires of the server, Redman Creative holds the right to re-contract or otherwise transfer your site to best suit your needs.

Payment for these services will be to Redman Creative and will be made for the following month no later than the last day of each month that this agreement is in force. After initial purchase, this agreement may be terminated on 30 days’ written notice by either Redman Creative or Client. In case of termination, Redman Creative shall make a reasonable attempt to finish work in progress.
